I am a creativity coach. I work with people one-on-one and in groups to unlock their talent, fast-forward their projects and grow the guts to stand in the exciting and sometimes terrifying place of beginning.

I am also a Cat 3 road racer (bicycles), prize-winning poet, non-prize-winning painter and guardian to a serial killer cat and two broccoli-loving dogs.

Additionally, I co-produce one of the nation's only women-only bike rides called She Got Bike! A Festival of Women's Cycling. You can read more about that at www.shegotbike.org .

Before coaching, I worked for 106 years in advertising helping to create branding campaigns for National Public Radio, the American Red Cross, Discovery Channel International and New Zealand Lamb (sorry vegetarians!).
